Le premier groupe d’entraide anglophone de Parkinson Suisse

Notre groupe de soutien anglophone aide les personnes atteintes de la maladie de Parkinson et leurs proches aidants à échanger dans une langue qui leur est confortable. Dans un pays comptant quatre langues nationales, l'anglais peut constituer un précieux terrain d’entente tant pour les résidents suisses que pour la communauté internationale. En complément des services existants, cette initiative offre des informations accessibles, favorise la compréhension et la création de liens, afin que toute personne ayant besoin d'aide se sente accueillie, informée et intégrée à une communauté.

Les rencontres ont lieu dans l’arc lémanique et sont également proposées en visioconférence.

Parkinson Suisse’s first English-speaking support group

Our English-speaking support group is helping people with Parkinson’s and their carers to connect in a language they feel comfortable with. In a country with four national languages, English can offer valuable common ground for both Swiss residents and the international community. Complementing existing services, the initiative provides accessible information, understanding and connection, ensuring that everyone who needs support feels welcomed, informed and part of a community.

The meetings take place in the Lausanne area and are also available via videoconference.
